Health and Organisation among University hospital Physicians in six European countries [HOUPE], is an intervention research project. The project generates data among 6 000 hospital physicians on determinants in the educational system, the organization and work environment that affect the recruitment in academic medicine and physicians career, work conditions, work satisfaction and health.
